Managed service powered by EngageMKTG

Managed Mailing Ops for High-Volume Lifecycle Marketing

We operate the technical infrastructure required for high-volume email sending, campaign deployment, volume management, monitoring, and ongoing support — powered by EngageMKTG's decision and profile infrastructure.

Plans start at $5,000 per month for up to 3 million Billable Sends.

    Managed operations

Your email operations team, without the internal overhead.

We manage the operational layer required to run high-volume email programs. The client provides the audience, approved content, offers, and required permissions. We manage the technical sending environment and ongoing campaign operations.

    How it connects

A managed service powered by the decision layer.

Managed Mailing Ops is not the core platform. It is the operational service for teams that want EngageMKTG to run deployment, volume, monitoring, and sending infrastructure around profile and decision logic.

    What is a Billable Send?

A Billable Send is one email message submitted to and accepted by the applicable sending platform for attempted transmission to one recipient.

A Billable Send may still be counted if the message is later bounced, rejected, filtered, suppressed, delayed, delivered to a spam folder, or otherwise not received or opened by the intended recipient.

Automatic delivery retries performed by the sending platform should not be counted as separate Billable Sends unless the message is separately resubmitted.

    Add-ons

    Optional services

Additional services are scoped only when needed and remain subject to technical review and client approval.

    Seed and Reputation Support

    Starting at $2,000/month

Additional reputation-support, monitoring, testing, quality-control, and related operational infrastructure may be recommended when the client's existing sending environment is insufficient or unsuitable.

    • Scoped after a technical review
    • May use approved client-owned resources
    • May include third-party services procured or managed for the client
    • Final scope depends on accounts, domains, volume, and technical requirements
    • Not required for every client

Provider-managed Seed Infrastructure is delivered as a managed service. Underlying vendors, accounts, credentials, configurations, mailbox identities, technical methods, and provider costs are proprietary and are not transferred or disclosed unless a specific resource is expressly designated as client-owned in a signed agreement.

Seed and Reputation Support does not guarantee inbox placement, sender reputation, account availability, engagement, conversion, or any other technical or commercial result.

    Email Content Creation

    $100 per email

Available when the client needs us to prepare the email copy for a campaign.

The standard $100 fee covers one email content unit. Custom design, programming, translation, multiple audience versions, extensive revisions, or complex interactive content may require a separate quote.

The client must review and approve all content before deployment.

    Existing infrastructure

Already have an established Amazon SES account?

Established, client-owned Amazon SES accounts with documented sending history and stable volume may qualify for reduced infrastructure requirements after a technical and reputation review.

If the account is technically suitable, we may be able to operate with reduced or no separate Seed Infrastructure. Newly created, unseasoned, restricted, or technically unsuitable accounts may require additional infrastructure or may be declined.

Amazon SES and all other sending platforms remain subject to their own terms, policies, approval processes, sending limits, and technical restrictions.

    Account qualification checklist

    • Documented sending history
    • Stable historical sending volume
    • Acceptable bounce and complaint profile
    • Proper domain authentication
    • Proper sender identity configuration
    • No active account restriction or unresolved compliance review
    • Suitable suppression and unsubscribe practices

    Technical onboarding

    How the engagement works

Every program begins with technical review and a defined infrastructure plan before implementation.

    1. STEP 01

      Technical Review

We review the proposed sending volume, current sending environment, account history, domains, authentication, audience practices, content workflow, and operational requirements.

    2. STEP 02

      Infrastructure Plan

We define the recommended service package, technical environment, responsibilities, optional Seed Services, and any approved third-party requirements.

    3. STEP 03

      Implementation and Launch

We configure the approved operational environment, establish the campaign workflow, confirm required access, and prepare the program for managed sending.

    4. STEP 04

      Ongoing Operations

We manage campaign deployment, volume coordination, technical monitoring, issue escalation, and continuing operational support.

    Working model

    Clear responsibilities

Managed operations work best when technical and client-side responsibilities are explicit from the start.

    Provider responsibilities

    • Operate the approved sending environment
    • Deploy approved campaigns
    • Coordinate sending volume
    • Monitor technical sending conditions
    • Provide ongoing operational support
    • Coordinate approved infrastructure services

    Client responsibilities

    • Provide lawful recipient data
    • Maintain required permissions and consent records
    • Provide final approved content
    • Maintain suppression and unsubscribe records
    • Approve offers, links, claims, and disclosures
    • Comply with applicable laws and platform policies
    • Maintain ownership or authorized access to client-provided accounts

Provider does not provide legal advice and does not independently verify the legality of the client's recipient data, offers, claims, or consent records.

Operational service, not a performance guarantee

Email performance depends on recipient behavior, mailbox providers, sending platforms, data quality, account history, domain reputation, content, frequency, technical conditions, and other factors outside Provider's control.

    Provider does not guarantee:

    • Delivery
    • Inbox placement
    • Sending speed
    • Platform approval
    • Account availability
    • Sender reputation
    • Open rates
    • Click rates
    • Conversions
    • Sales
    • Revenue
    • Campaign profitability
