EngageMKTG collects information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, role, request details, communication choices, and campaign attribution. We also process limited technical information needed to protect forms from abuse and operate the site.

How we use information

We use information to answer requests, manage waitlists and subscriptions, deliver requested communications, prevent fraud and abuse, understand campaign performance, and maintain our services. Marketing email is sent only when you choose it, and every marketing message must provide an unsubscribe method.

Sharing and processors

We may use contracted hosting, database, CRM, email, security, and analytics providers solely to operate these activities. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain lead records while a request or business relationship remains active and as needed for legal, security, and suppression-list obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, data minimization, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information processed.

Your choices
